NR and Mahopac had the same issue, they struggled against pressure. Despite that, both teams played very hard and kept it close. Games had very little flow and not great games to watch. I agree, I think MV by double digits. Contain Clarke, the rest of the team is not great offensively. I can see a lot of fouls being called and another game with very little flow Sunday.

Is there a reason why North Rockland saved 4 time outs tonight? Was there not one opportunity to use one?

Thought north roc played well and gave a good showing. Mv took em into the deep water and drowned em. New ro gotta zone MV and make em beat from outside. MV is not a good shooting team. They didn’t look good tonight. If the big kid hit a couple of gimmes NR could have extended their lead early. 1-2-2 press did them in late. new ro wil have a tough time with it. MV will have a tough time v. city teams in federation.

Good analysis, N Rock showed the formula to beat MV seems to be pack it in make them make jumpers , convert when beating the pressure. Unfortunately which they did not do enough . If N Rock would have boxed out, they could have extended the early lead. But Martin killed them and they must have missed 7 layups off the pressbreaker.
Like they say in football, it on tape now, and we;ll see if New Ro (i dont think so) or others in state can execute
