Monday’s recap: Thom breaks Croton-Harmon’s all-time scoring record

Slow day today with the holiday but one bit of news. Senior Ian Thom broke Croton-Harmon’s all-time scoring record of 1,087 points. Earlir this year Thom broke the schools all-time assists record.
Croton-Harmon 62, Horace Greeley 56: In the consolation game of the Budries Tournament at Yorktown, Ian Thom scored 26 points, 18 of which came in the fourth quarter, to break Nick DiMaggio’s (1,087) all-time Croton-Harmon scoring record. Thom currently stands at 1,090 points. Jason Howland had a season-high 13 points and three steals for the Tigers. Greg Handler had 12 points for the Quakers.
Dobbs Ferry 69, Yorktown 58: In the championship of the George Budries Tournament at Yorktown, Eric Paschall had 25 points for the Eagles. Josh Smith had 15 points. Mason Dyslin had 33 points for the Huskers.
