Pine Plains 77, Tuckahoe 45: At Stissing Mountain Junior/Senior High School, the Tigers, who have only one starter back from last year’s state champion team, lost to the team they defeated in the Class C state regionals the past two seasons. The Bombers, led by 6-foot-8 forward Tyler Lydon (22 points) and his 6-9 brother Zach Lydon, out-rebounded Tuckahoe 46-15. They also went on a 22-0 run, and held the Tigers to two points in the third quarter. Tuckahoe’s Maurice Hollis had 21 points, including four 3-pointers.
Scarsdale 69, Port Chester 52: At Port Chester, Jon Cohen had 23 points and Jack Hewitt had 22 points. Alex Squadron had 10 points. Kayson Calhoun had 14 points for Port Chester.
North Salem 75, Haldane 49: In the Putnam Challenge at Brewster, Thomas Bond had 20 points, six assists and four rebounds and was named MVP of the game. Umar Singh had 18 points and nine rebounds. Joey Tunas had 18 points. Peter Hoffmann had 15 points for the Blue Devils.
Pawling 61, Haldane 47: At Haldane Friday, Chris McGovern had 12 points and Peter Hoffman had 10.
Blind Brook 65, Hawthorne Cedar Knolls 13: At Blind Brook Friday, Jacob Berk had nine points for the Trojans. Eric Handleman and Jeff Visoky each had eight points. Kevin McDermott had five for Hawthorne Cedar Knolls.
Mahopac 59, Brewster 48: At Brewster Friday, Brendan Hynes had 19 points, eight rebounds and five assists. Ryan Simone had 16 points and 11 rebounds. Dan Tully had 13 points. Peter Cirocco had 13 points for the Bears.

WP/Pac big difference in fouls, any comments.
WP played full court man the whole game and PAC played zone the whole game. Refs were bad but WP made the game that way. Seemed like fouling was there strategy. They play an ugly ugly game.

Could you give a little more info on the Pine Plains team? Im really surprised they beat Tuckahoe so handily..I know Tuck only has one returning starter but Wow ! what a beatdown!
Hawthorne Cedar should be thrown out of varsity basketball because they stink too bad..I see better 8th grade teams

PP goes 6’9, 6’8, 6’7, 6’3, 6’1. The 6’8 kid a jr is a 3. He is getting a lot of looks. Cooper the pg is tough can score. Lost to Marlboro in ot and Green tech ir somethibg like that from Albany. Block a lot of shots and throw lobs. Scrimmaged Pk tough
