Josh and I will both be at the Slam Dunk tournament today. I’ll be covering the early game (@LoHud_DeFran) while Josh will be taking the late game (@LoHudInsider). If the past two days are any indication of what is to come than you can expect at least one overtime/buzzer-beater game.
We are halfway through the tournament and I am getting killed with my #GOTW picks. After three games I’ve laid a giant goose egg (0-3). Fortunately, Josh isn’t far behind (1-2). We differed on two of the three games today so this will be big in deciding who wins the week.

last night OLL beat spack 62-45 and Arlington demolished rck. They both advance to Saturdays semi finals. Poughkeepsie game is a non tournament game.

Two awful games at the DC Tourney. Arlington looks for real. I can’t believe how bad Spackenkill was v Lourdes. Lourdes is a very good team but wow. I thought Spackenkill would put up a little more fight.

Mahopac has a big size advantage. Step has guard play advantage. Turnovers will decide the game.
Stepinac playing in the CHSAA will be the difference today.They are used to being in battles against good teams.Crusaders win this one.

Bawler-I didn’t say anything about section 1.The catholic league is still tougher than section 1.I would pay money to watch Mount Vernon play those teams on a regular basis.
