First off, I just hope everyone stays safe today and tomorrow. Stay inside, watch a bunch of movies, catch up on a TV show on Netflix, scour football highlights on YouTube and Hudl, blog your heart out — just don’t wander outside.

Anyway, I have a few things to pass the time until the wind subsides. In our picks’ contest, there was another eight-way tie for first in Week 8. We (yes, me included finally!) went 11-1 as a group. Seven others went 10-2.

Haywood and Prince are in a tie for first at 62 with The Donald and Football 44 just one behind at 61.

I will have two separate prediction posts this week. I’ll break down the Class A semis tomorrow and follow with the five championships, bowl games and other non-playoff matchup picks later in the week.
