• All previously reported standings, seeds and playoff matchups were correct.
• In cases where teams had identical Piner indexes, all previously reported tiebreakers used to determine final positioning in the standings were correct.
• The championship game schedule at Mahopac High School is subject to change, according to Section 1 football chairman Chuck Scarpulla. It will not be finalized until the week prior to the games.
• For non-playoff matchups, each pod of four listed will have Week 8’s winners and losers meet in Week 9. For example, in Class AA the Ketcham-Ramapo winner will meet the Clarkstown North-Mahopac winner. The losers will also play.
• Home sites for non-playoff matchup games are determined by which team hosted the fewer number of home games during the regular season. If both teams had an equal number of home dates, the higher seed hosts. If the seeds are identical, the home site is determined by a coin flip.
• White Plains will not play either Week 8 or Week 9 by its own request.

@Class A – excuse Big Joe he forgets!
remember he is 80 years old
Bicknese is a fantastic back and he is having a tremendous year, congrats to him!! Good Luck to Somers
ROTTEN,
POK VS JJ-CR WHAT WOULD THE SCORE BE?
CLASS A ,I THOUGHT BICKURNOSE WAS THE QB ….HA HA MAYBE ROTTEN TOM. IS CORRECT ABOUT MY MEMORY …BUT I CAN SPELL
Ok. It is official, I have THE stubbornness son in the league. Not only does he have a torn labrum, he’s got a busted finger. Dr says surgery is necessary, HOWEVER, seeing as its at least 3 weeks or more before surgery can take place my nincompoop says he is NOT turning his back on His team and he’s goin to suit up for this Fridays game and next weeks game no matter what. He’s taking the anti inflammatory meds and going to chiropractor to help deal with the pain and stiffness in his shoulder. He’s even moving to offense at guard to allow his defensive backup to get experience and to teach him the position. Some one please please put me outta my misery or buy me stock on Clariol.
@Haywood – I dont know 100-0 LOL, just kidding it would be close.. I actually like their team, JJCR has a hand full of talent at QB, RB, OL, DL. Valvano is a tremendous athlete and looks like a real nice kid to coach! IMO JJCR is more effective at QB spot when Lambert is over the rock then Keech. When Keetch came out injured in the Rye game, Lambert totally took control of the game and scored 3 td’s in the 2nd half to seal the victory, which before the injury it was a tight game 21-21
avngang, we all understand your son very well, because we male bloggers are all nincompoops,....there is no place on this blog for the more intelligent females, who have love , respect and concerns
Joe,
I’ve been dealing with his mentality for 11 years now no stranger ill have him ready to play, always do. I’ll just do it shaking my head again doing it.
I’m sorry if you don’t think there is a place for female bloggers. It’s sad actually because you loose a dimension of talk that might matter in some of the more Obtuse “chats” that happen on here.
Good luck to all in the next few weeks. It was a pleasure meeting and chatting with some of you.
thanks AVANGANG , MY POST WAS A COMPLIMENT TO ALL WOMAN,who in my life time are so concerned…honest and smart P,S, THATS WHY I VOTE FOR EVERY WOMAN WHO RUNS FOR OFFICE, AND I FEEL SAFE AND SECURE WITH THEM …AND THAN OTHERS CAN SAY THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE POLITICAL EXPERIENCE YET TO ROB…STEAL AND LIE…...REGARDS BIG JOE
@Avngangl – - I think Big Joe meant there is a place here on the blog, you could tell by his tone! Plus he is 80 and never proof reads LOL I know i do it for him
Avngangl
enough about your son already, seasons over good bye
ENOUGH,
SOME PEOPLE ,LIKE MYSELF SHOW MORE HEART AND TRUE FEELINGS MORE THAN OTHERS,TRY TO BE A LITTLE NICER,THIS BLOG CAN CREATE FRIENDSHIPS
ANYONE GIVING THE BLUE DEVILS A SHOT?
ANYONE?
@saunders blue, I have several great come backs but thet are all just to unPC to use.
Just keep drinking Mel’s BLUE KOOL AIDE and hope for the best.
Problem in Yonkers too many people giving others a shot.
This is when Coach Troilo, Coach Williams and the rest of the Huskies coaching staff just start warming up. No one calls better game plans or get their players in a better position to win than them. Numbers dont lie, just look at the past 20 years of Harrison football. In fact, take a look at the past 50 years of Harrison football. Section 1 and perhaps New York states all-time best football program. GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Huskies!!!!!!!!!
@chiefwildeagle is that a kool aide joke for yonkers kids? than the last comment another shot at yonkers huh? ..that makes u feel good about yourself? Saunders is in, your team probably isnt, accept it
CHIEF,
SWINGING BELOW THE BELT,OOOOOUCH
A saunders blogger is on here!!!! WTF
This Scheduling and Piner system has to go now!!! and fast!!!!
A Saunders blogger? I cant believe it!
SAUNDERS BLUE ,
your cinderella cup cake season will be over by the 1st Qaurter
THE BIG H:
Who in Harrison jas the Huskies’ footbsall record over the last fifty to eighty years? I’ve been trying to locate that history. Until it is published such claims as made in your post are factually unsupportable.
S Blue if you do not understand the Kool Aide reference I don’t know what to tell you other than go read some books.
Less than 24 hours and we will be done with Saunders Trade and Tech blogers.
By the way what is the ST&THS mascot?
Anyone know?

I saw it about 5 years ago. Starts in 1929 and is pretty remarkable. Over 10 undefeated seasons, 20 seasons with 1 or 2 losses and numerous championships. But seeing is believing…let me see what I can do….
[...] If your team is involved in a non-playoff matchup game, check this post. I separated all of the non-playoff teams into pods of four. The winners of those games play the [...]
