And before anyone waste their time typing, no enrollment alone does not win things. But with the right teachings, motivation, and YOUTH PROGRAM, a large enrollment can be deadly in any sport especially Football!!

or losing the state chip to another 2,6k enrollment and with a good youth feeder program we will be nationally ranked!! Especially in football !!... 
Give me 2,6k enrollment and we are state champs every year!!

prince, i am the rep of 10803 and yea there are plenty of haters in section 1 and a few on this blog. im looking at the calendar too but you of all bloggers gotta think youth is very important.

guys enrollment isnt everything, look at arlington! 3.4k enrollment and nothing worth mentioning. although i feel they are on the rise and will be a consistent section/state contender in the future when coach d jr gets settled in

Hud Val, I think it was more like 2.6k (freshman does not get included) for Arlington. But we all agree enrollment alone will not get the job done. You need the Coaching at all the HS levels and you need the youth programs as well. Arlington had three issues in the mid 2000’s that was brought up by a Dutchess blogger, one I wont opine, the second it is a huge soccer school and third supposedly the Youth Programs were not good up there. Not sure if that last was true or if it is changing.
But this is a new era. In just a short time, they made it to the Semi’s in Claa AA. That is a huge turn around from where they were. When the systems are in place(Coaching and Youth programs) the large enrollment will let them re-tool each year like a New Ro. Maybe not the same type of athletes overall, but there will be no shortage of football players.
But to take down the Champs(New Ro) Prince made an excellent point. At some point the training wheels need to come of and Jr will have to lead this team on his own. Not that Sr wont always have good advice to lend. But sometimes that becomes a crutch and in big time situations you want that confidence that you can do it yourself, IMO.

Good point!!... Arlington should be a contender every year according to ther enrollment but you also made a great point one day junior will have to wake up and put his pants on his own way!!... If you get too comfortable being a passenger you will never want to know what it feels like to be the driver!!

Something to add as an addendum to the “Bloggin Oath”:
There is a reason why someone would use only one blog name and that would be that they stand behind all their opinions whether one agrees or not. You and most stand behind one name.
There is also a reason why someone would use multiple names and that would be they CANT stand behind their opinions in fear they might be ridiculed. So using multiple blog names is cowardly and the Blog see’s that.
And most bloggers actually played some football so they have a good idea who knows football and who doesnt. It shows when you keep hearing “Prince great point” by different bloggers. Guys that hate usually do not get that type of feedback, which makes them hate more.
So in closing, most bloggers definitely see it ;and most bloggers got your back!!!

I think people come here to share their opinion and see if people agree or not and why. Real simple formula. There is no way to measure what we say.
