So I found out this evening that all five of this week’s state semifinal games here at Dietz Stadium in Kingston will be webcast live online. The broadcasts will also be available for replay.
The announcers told me the broadcasts can be found at the following websites:

Josh, EXCELLENT work!
go section one!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, a little Ricciardi, Ricciardi, then Acompora! LETS GO HUSKIES!
Is there suppose to be video? I’m getting any. Only sound
I think just sound. Better than nothing!
damn 7 to 7 after 3 quarters
Wow these announcers are really good. Josh thanks for posting this so we don’t have to waste our time with The Twitter.
HUSKIES!!
Coach Artie has asked me via mental telepathy(2nd messgae of the week), to tell all you haters who said Artie needs to retire or “give it up” after the Rye loss, to KISS HIS @##!
Congratulations to Tuckahoe and Harrison.. 3 more to go!!!!
Lets sweep the east section 1!! Husky nation stand up
what was the Harrison score? where is big joe when u need him!!!!
got it
Lets go Huskies!!!! Congrats to Tuckahoe as well….Bring the titles home!!!
OK, where are exharlogen or whomever, or SOME (not all) of those Section 2 posters from Syracuse.com saying the Huskies would get it handed to them. First trip to the dome in Class A, since they moved up in 2004.
What a season!!!
Huskies going back where they belong … The Dome!!! Congrats to all the coaches and players!!!
By the way … Mike Quick and MSG Varsity need to start showing some respect for Section 1 … Enough with all of this Long Island, New Jersey and Connecticut bias … Note to Mike: There’s some really good football being played in Section 1 outside of New Rochelle!!!
One last thing … I can’t believe I had to listen to the game on a web cast out of Albany … Not even a web cast out of the Journal News with 5 Section 1 teams in the semis? Also, Time Warner carried the game and was televised in Manhattan while here in Harrison I had to watch Darien – Trumball … What’s up with that Cablevision?!!!
Bobby C – Quick doesn’t care about Westchester he lets Devaney handle it because he wants to just cover Don Bosco because he thinks its like the NFL or something. You should have seen him at Yorktown for the Friday night game vs Fox Lane. It was obvious he didn’t want to be there and they made him do it and wished he was at Don Bosco or ST Anthony.
Mike Quick is a Conn and New Jersey advocate. He doesn’t care a darn about Section 1, or NY State football.
Who needs him, we know what we have here. Great kids, great coaches and loyal fans.
GO SECTION 1, TAKE IT ALL!!!!!!!
Burnt Hills laid the hugest egg with their short yardage game plan. Husky D deserves credit but back to back sweeps on short yardage? Even the radio guys who were messing up a lot (but did sound professional), called that one. Also, look at Josh’s tweet to the right. Burnt Hills more yards and +2 on turnovers. Most of the time that leads to success. They might need a stat for # of bonehead short yardage play calls. Burnt Hills won that battle hands down!
and they clearly lost the war…...
Great job!!!.... Harrison!!! That’s the way too show them
that sec1 can stop the run!!!
Just I said to back In august that I like harrison dt, and I think it will be very hard to run the ball on them!! They shut down
the three headed monsters!!!!
Toured syracuse.com just for fun. The reaction was predictable. The usual suspects that all but said that Harrison did not belong on the same field as BH were all talikng about how the coach had his worst game. BH is a good, high-scoring team. You would expect them to be able to move the football. But Harrison was a very confident team going in, playing their best football of the year. They likely knew that if their defense could hit them hard and make just enough plays, the big plays would come. Yes, BH moved the ball, but did they score an offensive TD?
Saw the highlights on News 12. It was amazing what Acompora was able to do with a super-quick cut at the line amid traffic; then bursting past the secondary. And his catch and run for the other TD. Last week Ricciardi and Knox, this week Acompora. Next week Nicita? Lots of weapons. And a defense that has clearly improved. Best of luck next week against a truly powerful Aquinas team.
Prince, I remember you saying you liked their D-Line. Listening to the web-radio, it sounds like the Harrison D-Line (and the rest) were the difference in these short yardage situations. I thought #22 for Burnt Hills would go off this week and Harrison would get blown out. I did not want to share that info. Glad I was wrong. I thought for Harrison to win their three studs would all have to contribute offensively. Ricciardi to some extent, but this week belonged to Acompora and Harrison D. Who will be the guy next week?
Congrats Huskies dome bound…...
Great post Just a Fact- thanks for telling off the haters!! Go New Ro!!!!!! We’re all rooting for you!!!
I listened to the New Ro game and the announcers were talking about how Harrison will have their hands full at the dome.More upstate hype,I’m not buying into it.My reaction to that is,u-tube Tanner Knox,to get the full impact of what we’re bringing this coming weekend.
wow, i just saw the newro game, and the troy back was the best back that i hace seen in years, he was pulling away from the newro defenders
A lot of mistakes from Troy including dropped TD passes, but they still managed to pull out the win. Troy’s defense dominated the second half. This along with Canzeri taking over was my prediction.
Great game to all the final teams, good luck at the Dome.
where is conzeri going to school next year
WE. ARRIVED – AT DOME!!! WIsh us Luck!
bring it on home!!
