Although he went undrafted last week, former Panas star Laurence Ekperigin has joined the Denver Nuggets roster for the Las Vegas Summer League.
The league runs from July 9-18 at the COX Pavilion and the Thomas and Mack Center in Vegas. It will allow you a chance to catch Ekperigin live on TV. NBA TV will broadcast all 78 games in their entirety. According to this schedule, the Nuggets will kick off the league at 1 (Vegas time) on July 9 against the Mavs.
Ekperigin will have a few intriguing teammates, including one of the top players in the league, second-year PG Ty Lawson of UNC fame, and Coby Karl, the coach’s son.
— Thanks to Panas coach Shawn Sullivan for the tip.
