Need your football fix? Tonight’s the night.
White Plains will host an eight-team slate of scrimmages this evening, beginning at 5:15 p.m. The teams involved are: White Plains, Mamaroneck, Edgemont, Pelham, Byram Hills, Rye Neck, Westlake and Truman of the Bronx.
I stopped by White Plains on the way home from Ossining last night and spent some time there watching a little football and talking to a couple coaches. White Plains coach Skip Stevens will send me the scrimmage schedule today. I’ll post it in full when I get it in case anyone wants to swing by for the games.
