What is your favorite part about football?: My favorite thing about football is scoring a touchdown.

What do you do to prepare for games?: I listen to music and talk to my quarterback about the offense.

What did it mean to be named a captain?: It was great. I wanted to be captain of the varsity football team since I was in ninth grade. Since it came true, it’s just awesome.

As a captain, what will it take to be a leader?: I have to control the practice, push everyone and try to make everyone be the best they can be.

Who is your team’s best teammate? Why?: I don’t know if we have a best teammate. We all have something to give to the team.

Who is the best athlete on your team? Why?: We don’t have a best athlete. We’re all good in some way. And we’re only as good as our weakest person.

Who is your funniest teammate?: Billy Cirillo or Matt Trummer. They are both really funny.

What are your team’s goals for the season?: Well, I mean, states is our goal, but we just need to take every game one by one.

What will it take for you to achieve them?: We just have to focus on the task at hand — nothing ahead but whats happening now.

After high school, what’s your next step?: Depending on how I play this season I would love to play college football.
