We are digging out but will be ready to hammer Poughkeepsie tomorrow. The power outages cannot stop the power of North Rockland. We are hungry and ready!!! Poughkeepsie will fall!! Rockland basketball forever!
Slow down nrockland. You have no idea what you are talking about. You are just another band wagon NR fan. This is not football my friend.
I think it is funny that NR gets no respect. They beat TZ by 30 pint and they failed to score in the second qtr.They also beat SV for the County championship. So if TZ or SV does go on the win we will still all know who the beat team in Rockland is. Class A to AA are two different worlds. If NR was a A team they would be heavy favorites to win.

If I had wings I’d be a big bird. So what. If Pok was an A team like they should, they could have did what Peek did in A this past decade. Would have been a wash with those two programs going at it. I look forward to the No Rock rematch. Rockland teams get respect from Pok and that’s what matters since you play them tomorrow. Should be a good one, I know No Rock will come out hungry after last year. Let’s not forget Pok was up 11-0 Early before they let the brakes go. Should be a defensive struggle tomorrow. I’ve been excited for a while, at least both our fans can make it down to the game tomorrow!

well id say if tz and sv had more kids to choose from maybe theyd beat NR… aka that’s why NR is AA…
mt st mitchael was upset today by staten island’s st joseph’s by the sea. mount was favored to make it to the final vs iona….....staten island teams can surprise you just the way the rockland teams did this season. no one has a good read on them all season because they beat each other up. then they show up in the playoffs much better than their mediocre records would suggest.
What time does the action start tomorrow (Sunday)?
It starts at noon with two girls games. The boys action starts at 3:30 with North Rockland-Poughkeepsie.
