Because the storm is expected to last into tomorrow, Section 1 has postponed all the games at the County Center until Saturday morning. So, yes fans, there will be no basketball at all the next two days.
With Thursday and Friday wiped out, the schedule has been readjusted over the weekend and will likely force games to be held at the County Center all the way until Wednesday or next week. The championship game schedule has not been set for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday yet, but here’s how it shapes up for the weekend:

Class A girls semifinals:
No. 2 Lakeland vs. No. 6 Albertus Magnus, 10 a.m.
No. 1 Pearl River vs. No. 4 Peekskill, 11:45 a.m.
Class AA girls semifinals:
No. 2 Carmel vs. No. 3 Mount Vernon, 1:30 p.m.
No. 1 Ossining vs. No. 5 Ursuline, 4:15 p.m.
Class C girls semifinals:
No. 2 North Salem vs. No. 3 Blind Brook, 6 p.m.
No. 1 Valhalla vs. No. 4 Haldane, 7:45 p.m.
Sunday —
Class B girls semifinals:
No. 2 Nanuet vs. No. 3 Briarcliff, 12 p.m.
No. 1 Irvington vs. No. 4 Kennedy, 1:45 p.m.
Class AA boys semifinals:
No. 2 North Rockland vs. No. 3 Poughkeepsie, 3:30 p.m.
No. 1 New Rochelle vs. No. 4 Mount Vernon, 6 p.m.

I just got off the phone with Burt Reynolds and he’s coming to New Hampshire!!!!!!! Yes!! There’s going to be a humongous snowball fight at centercourtie during these championship game sso evry 1 better bring there surf boards!! Dragon and I fly high in the weather, cuz we no better. Dragon wants to reel me in like a flying saucer but i want no part of his pumpkin peeling contests. I saw the Woodlands umbrellas closers on the televisi last night and ohh they looked splendid. They had yellow t-shirts on and were wearing sheep skin on their belts!! Jake Delhome is being brought in to play safety for the Pville Acrobatic Shish kabobs. hehehehehehehehhehehehehe ZGotta go get some tiger spray!! Burt reynolds is ocming to town…

ALL ROCKLAND FINAL SV VS TZ SUNDAY! For all the Westchester fans and others who said Rockland was weak someone from this side of the bridge will hoist the Gold Ball. Great job by both teams lets hope its a great game Sunday Night. Congrats Rockland
None of the championship games will be played Saturday or Sunday. I will update everyone as soon as I find out when they are rescheduled for.
I can confirm(spoke to an Asst. coach)that the Class C Boys Final will be played Monday at 6:00
Class C and D semis and finals should all be played at their own gyms. Save the CC for the real ballers.

Relax Guys.It would make things a lot easier if you think about it. Teams are waiting around for weeks to play. There are only 15 people in attendance to watch those games. Keep an open mind. AA,A, and B are enough for the center.
