Watch state semifinals live

November
20

In case you missed the announcement on last night’s edition of Varsity Central Chat, we will be broadcasting all three state semifinal games at Dietz Stadium in Kingston on Saturday.

You can watch them by clicking here or going straight to lohud.com/vcsports1.

The schedule:

Bronxville vs. Hoosick Falls, noon
Nanuet vs. Schalmont, 4 p.m.
New Rochelle vs. Saratoga Springs, 8 p.m.

I’ll be providing Twitter updates through the first two games. Rick Carpiniello will take over the nightcap.

If you’re interested in listening to the Class C semifinal between Jamestown Southwester and Chenango Forks on Southern Tier Sports Network site, which you can access here.

Stay tuned for the rest of the day. I’ll be posting my picks shortly (finally).

    Hey Kev,

How come you have not answered the questions about the All Star Game (North vs. South) or the All League and All Section Honors….The players have been named, is the paper not covering it anymore???
Whose fault is it that there is no longer a North vs. South game….

  2. fan

I’ve heard that section 1 cancelled the senior all star game. and the Journal News is no longer doing All county teams because not enough coverage. its time for all of us to cancell our subscriptions to the paper. maybe kevin will put out his own local sports paper that we can subscribe to. I feel bad for all the seniors they got shortchanged because of the economy, i’m sure there were other ways to cut budgets

  3. BIG JOE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE YOU T.V. ENGINEERS …I ENJOY THE TELECAST BUT PLEASE INPROVE ON YOUR PRODUCING THE PICTURES IN MOTION—-I GET STILL PICTURES FOR MANY MINUTES AND MISS THE ENJOYMENT OF WATCHING THE WHOLE GAME… ANY LUCK IN THE FUTURE
