No broadcasts from Section 1 finals

November
6

Section 1 Athletics has denied requests by The Journal News to broadcast this weekend’s football championships live on LoHud.com.

Our managing editors spent all week trying to negotiate an agreement with Section 1. In the past, The Journal News paid a fee to broadcast state playoff games.

I spoke this afternoon with Section 1 Executive Director Jennifer Simmons, who said the section had a reluctance to put a live event on air.

“Media is growing leaps and bounds and we need to make sure we’re protected as far as live event goes,” Simmons said. “We’re having ongoing conversations at the board level and we’ve decided to put a halt on everything until we’ve looked at it and decided what we’re going to do.”

“We have lawyers going back and forth and each school has a different interpretation. What waivers need to be signed? Do we need one signed by the parents of every player because it’s live? That’s become a big issue.”

Basically, the concern with a live event is over what could happen that Section 1 wouldn’t be able to control (i.e. a brawl, serious injury, etc.). Simmons also said there’s concern over what a broadcast could do to the attendance, and revenue, although she said that “was part of it but not a huge part of it.”

Simmons said that the section became more aware of live broadcasting through ongoing negotiations with MSG Varsity. Several Section 1 schools have been apprehensive to signing contracts and having cameras at games, even though MSG is all taped.

MSG has purchased the rights (not exclusive ones) to tape two games this week to be re-aired this week on Cablevision Ch. 14.

So, unfortunately, we will not be showing the games on lohud.com. I’ll still be blogging live and providing Twitter updates.

  1. smash

hahahhahahahahaha. section 1 is a joke.
Yes, lets not show games to people, that will really get people to notice all the good players in the section

  2. football fan

What a disgrace, talk about no good deed going unpunished; you would think they would be happy for the exposure. Guess Sec. 1 is also waiting for that call from the NFL Network

  3. football fan

MSG and it’s lawyers have obviously put a scare into Sec.1 with a doomsday scenario of what might go wrong. Hey, this is HS football, no? This is just the beginning of it all too; eventually they will make things so complicated that no one will be able to show anything at anytime for fear of the always looming lawsuit. The good news is that we will have come full circle back to the old days of basically no coverage. Forget about who wins or loses football games; the lawyers win…again…bravo.

  4. Power House

    Jennifer Simmons…. She strikes again.

As far as the legal issues go about showing a live event with kids, can that not be reviewed? I’m sure that its in legal writing somewhere because if its not then the idea shouldn’t be in question.

The section is worried about some kind of a brawl. If there was a brawl, you couldn’t hide it anyway. Let me guess, there’s a chance for a brawl suddenly. Perhaps the class A final has nothing to do with it?

Jennifer Simmons is full of crap. Attendance revenue is only a small part of it? Bull$%it!!! If fans can stay home and watch this game live, she knows it’ll hurt revenue. Who does she think she is fooling?

Now My question is why cant Lohud tape it like MSG will and air it online later? Then it wouldn’t be live right? MSG rights are not exclusive so Lohud should by the rights. Afterall, you guys owe it to us, I mean this forum gets advertising revenue because bloggers like us are on it!!!

  5. loved

John Jay high school wont let MSG or any other cameras come on campus. The administrations are so scared now adays. come on parents would you speak up to these people.

  6. DutchessFBfan

    Kev,

Shes a total A- hole..dont wast your time or breath..she hates FB…again, please call Coach Walsh or Keevins..theyll tell you…she sucked in Wappingers!!!!

  7. football giant

Why was the Journal News able to broadcast games every week? Wouldn’t these rules apply to non-championship games??

  8. BlackTrack

Just when I though the leadership of Section 1 Football couldn’t botch (a nicer word than I’d like to use) things up any further, here comes this latest brainstorm. There’s a fair number of real HS football fans who simply can’t get to the Section finals, but in the past have at least been able to catch some of the action via LoHud.com. (And if you can follow a game on LoHud.com, you are a real HS football fan!). So now they deprive these fans of the opportunity to catch the Section championship games? That’s supporting Section 1 Football? What are these people thinking?

  9. 10960

    Football giant,

good point, why were we able to watch live games weekly in section 1 via lohud.com but not the section championships?

Powerhouse made a good point that ties with this. Its about revenue. Its okay for lohud to broadcast a game but when it comes to the section championships, who gets this revenue?

  10. The Nyack

This is definitely about money. This is a pure outrage. I guess Jennifer Simmons is envious of the popularity football has around section 1 yet she wants to profit heavy from it to provide for other sports like soccer and baseball.

  11. slacrosse

The Section 1 Admin is very scary with their rule-making totally lacking in common sense and what is really best for the ATHLETES. Every rule they’ve made has in some way impinged on the kids’ athletic experience.

I heard white plains is thinking of going independent. Starting to make a whole lot of sense!!

  12. 3 Yards And A Cloud Of Dust

Thios is why every football coach in section one go to their AD and state that they want to go independent. In doing this, we can disolve this DISGRACE which is section 1 football. This is an absolute joke. I was planning on going to the games this weekend, but not know. I am boycotting them I will not put a penny into the hands of section 1 so they can piss it away somewhere. They are a joke, they do a disservice to the kids, parents and community at large. They can in my book all go to hell.

  13. The Crazy Dragon From Switzerland

I think I know why these crazy men do not want to broadcast these footyball men games Kevdog..They don’t want this Crazy Dragon to spit hot fire into these snooty peoples ear lobes. Please, they say I’m a sloppy joe and peanut butter sandwich but in honesty of this democracy I be the numba one stunna in this country my dopes :( . Please guys friendly men of sectiony 1 Let me watch the Dudley Stompers of New Rochelle go buck cheekey on the Arkansas Rugrats. Sure the Rats have Gary ToiletBowl but the Dudley Stompers got Mr. Yamosito. Yamosito shoots darts at the other teams special teams coach. Mr. Yamosito has a true understanding of this footybally game. Me also wants to watch the Croton Sticky Fingazzz play the dudes from Poland the Bronxville Buddhist Pepporonies. The Stick Fingazz got my main man Lucky “the Silent Unicorn” Dominguez who is 7 ft 5 1220 LB RB who is an actual human baby. Lucky is my 3rd best friend and he loves to dance. Lucky will probably not gain a yard because he can’t run and he weighs 1220 LBS. The Buddhist Pepporonies will make 7 2 pointers and win by 7 2 pointers. Me is so depressed i am goin to watch The Green Mile as Barry Sanders teaches Tom Hanks how to moo like a real life Eskimo. Then Eskimo’s revolt and beat Tommy and tell Barry’s mother he really is a blueberry at hear. 72nd worst movie I is ever seen..7 Thumbs Down!!!

  14. 3 Yards And A Cloud Of Dust

    Kevin,

You have to write about this in the paper. Your journalistic integrity is at stake here. It is time for you to fight the good fight and expose these fools for what they really are. Frauds, they do not care of exposing and expanding the interest of football or other sports, they are only thinking about the extra $1,000.00 they will be making.

  15. football giant

3 Yards I am with you. Kevin what is the answer to my(and 10960’s) question? Based on what everyone is saying the real reason is about money. But in terms of legality how can you broadcast them all year and then on championship weekend you become worried..makes zero sense.

  16. Very Disappointed

This is the most absurd decision that I have ever heard. Kevin ,can you publish the e-mail address of the person who made this decision? As a fan and a long time High School Football supporter, I would like to voice my opinion directly to those who made this decision.

  17. Jeff P.

    shakes head in disbelief

  18. WingTGuy

This is another sad case of Section 1 being recalcitrant in their responsibility to serve the kids and the community. If this was a concern, they should of had their lawyers working this out before now. Lohud must not be paying as much as MSG. I am sure there are caveats in the contract with MSG that covers these concerns. They could easily be adapted to “live coverage”.

Part of the answer to 10960’s question is a matter of control. The local school districts are in control of regular season games and I would imagine even playoff games until they get to Mahopac. Then the section is in control.

We all need to attend the next meeting of the Section 1 athletics board. They have to be subject to public meeting laws and the agenda, place and time must be announced by law.

Go back to the post that had the email and contact information and request information related to upcoming meetings.

One more strike for Section 1. How many is that? 6 or 7…

Another place to start is at your local school board. Each board has a representative to the BOCES board. The local boards also approve the BOCES budget each year. I could be wrong about this but my understanding is that the Southern Westchester BOCES is the place where this responsibility lies. It will take a lot of organizing, but we could put some pressure on the BOCES that is responsible for this area.

  19. Jeff P.

I guess it’s too bad if you’re an alumnus/parent/fan of a school in one of the championship games who can’t make it to Mahopac… Thanks for nothing, Ms. Simmons… :(

  20. morabito37

THIS IS THE BOTTOM LINE REASON WHY THIS HAPPENED !!!

Section 1 Administrators are being “hounded” by a large number of “affulant” school districts concerning “what would happen if” lets say a brawl would occur (does anyone remember way back when, when North Rockland played a Bowl Game at Memorial Field in Mount Vernon, when some knucklehead threw a bottle from the stands at some opposing fans walking along the track. Well, both stands emptied out and a RIOT occurred. The game was stopped and suspended and played out at a neutral field without any spectators. Now, if that incident were to occur today, and be filmed “Live” some “Legal Beagle” would certainly take the film and file multiple law suits against individuals, schools and school districts, if any injury were to occur. BOTTOM LINE? Could the same situation could occur during a regular season game? YES Likely? Maybe Not (emotions play a large part of this, plus with some games being played at night, some “over 21” fans, who are stupid enough to get drunk prior to the game, something might go wrong). Again, it the “ERA OF THE LAWSUITS” and schools, who are very tight with money (and their jobs) these days, do not want to take ANY RISKS. So, basically this is why this is all going on. Jennifer Simmons is just protecting herself (covering her ASP) and her job. She has to listen to the school administrators and their individual legal staffs. Its not like College Football, who SELL the rights to broadcast the games, getting allot of money from the networks in return. MSG and LoHud do not have that kind of money to give to Section 1 for any “Total Broadcast Rights”. (PS – I’d Bet That the UPSTATE SECTIONS have no problems like this and broadcast all their Sectional Games on Local Cable Channels (LIVE) and Webcasts (LIVE), without any problem. Remember folks, we live in affulent WESTCHESTER, PUTNAM, ROCKLAND and DUTCHESS COUNTIES.

  21. BIG JOE

THIS SUCKS,...ESPECIALLY FOR MY PRESENT HEALTH CONDITION…CAN WE ALL PETITION

  22. The Nyack

A good Idea would be for all teams in section 1 to go independent and break away from the state tourney. Thats how I see it, maybe join the Long island tourney or something.

We have 68 schools in section 1 involved in the tourney, we are the premier section of NYS and were being regulated by some bureaucratic skirt who knows Shyt about football.

  23. The Nyack

    morabito37

The same thing could happen and be caught on camera even it it wasn’t live so whats the difference?

  24. Power House

    The Nyack,

    My sentiments exactly.

If a riot were to happen, you can get sued LIVE or NOT!!!
Thats a dumb ass reason, its definitely money.

Jennifer Simmons is soooo disgusting. F*%king Loser…. I’m so pissed. My Friday night is ruined.

  25. jjeffan

DutchessFBfan is 100% correct. Things were rough when JS was in Dutchess (Wappingers CSD). I am so happy the rest of the section now knows what their up against. We built great programs up here and that’s the way it’s gonna stay!

  26. Just a fact

Kev, this is your best job yet.

Tell this lady to BITE ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  27. Just a fact

Here is a business lesson for all you young guys out there who might still be HS or just getting your feet wet in the business world. And this is not Earth shattering either. When they say it is not about money, guess what….....

    IT’S ABOUT MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  28. Power House

You see, Thats what administrative B&$ches like Jenny Simmons expects. To be able to do whatever they want and the public may not like it, but administrators know the public will not rally against it, so they get away with it.

  29. Just a fact

Here is another non brain storming (common sense) idea. Why not have a kill switch. Tell the journal news you have the rights ot the game, however, a riot breaks out, kill the feed.

    Seriosuly, what am I missing?

She is really sick in the head! How did she get promoted to this job?

  30. Mike Zuckerman

    Kevin,

As someone who played 4 years for new rochelle and continue to be a part of the program in the off season, I can’t being to describe how disappointed I am by this. Being away at school, I expected it to be impossible to see my ex team play, yet this great idea was hatched and aloud me and I’m sure many others to watch their former school play.

Section one is completely out of line. They once again are worrying way more about ridiculous things when there are much more important problems to be discussed. Throughout high school and including now I have yet to see section one make any smart decisions. The fact that they robbed the kids in section 1 of a game shows how little they really care. Its all about the administration, not the kids.

Please Kevin, allow all of us to have Mrs. Simmons Email address. Maybe if she she is actually told from fan bases and communities she will learn what football should be about.

Mike Zuckerman, Former New Rochelle player

  31. Rileygirl

I have been watching these games for weeks, I watched them last year as well. I doubt its the fighting angle because the camera really only shows the field. Its about making sure that EVERY possible fan that wants to see the game pays their $7.

  32. Section1Coach

any word on the JJEF/RYE score? I know we can’t see it, but can Kev at least “tweet” about it?

  33. HowdyDoodyTime

For all those who’s like it, here is Jen Simmons contact info:

    http://swboces.org/staff_directory.cfm

    Let us be heard!!

  34. Mike Zuckerman

    jsimmons@swboces.org

That is ms simmons email address guys. I hope everyone lets her know what they think of this and her many other decisions.

  35. LetsBeHonest

Its all about the money, I actually have had it. I can’t believe this is happening. She is a stupid moron who needs to think of the kids, and not about herself. I honestly cannot get over this. We have to do something about this… Whats next? 5 games next season? Section 1 is falling into pieces. Soon enough there will not be that many teams in section 1. I wouldn’t be surprised if white plains goes there own way next year.

  36. jjeffan

    JJEF 21 RYE 14 Halftime

  37. Reff

JJEF is a big, physical team. And Rye is missing 66 Brian Levinson 6-2 270, and the other tackle Vitiello, 6-1 215, so they are being pushed around a bit.

  38. 10960

    I just emailed Jennifer Simmons.

  39. 10960

The more emails she she gets the more serious she will take us. lets not just talk the talk guys.

  40. Mike Zuckerman

    Thank you 10960,

    i did the same

  41. jjeffan

Sounds like JJEF will hold on 21-14 over RYE according to the twitter wire

  42. hank greeberg

    Dear Kevin Devaney:

Kevin, they, Section I Athletics and Executive Director, want money!!!! It’s that simple. It’s competition between LoHud JOURNAL NEWS and MSG. Right now MSG is offering Section I Athletics more money.
If LoHud JOURNAL NEWS offered Jennifer Simmons a cool $500,000 then LoHud would get the rights to broadcast the game live.
So it’s a simple matter of money!!
Kevin, don’t be fooled by the bull that Jennifer Simmons and her legal staff are giving you.
Anyway, Kevin, LodHud has CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF FREEDOM OF THE PRESS. So you have the Constitutional Right to bring cameras to the games and to be ready to broadcast live any possible disturbances such as brawls, riots, terrorist bomb attempts, or any natural disturbances such as blackouts (during night games), and natural disasters such as the partial collapse of the grandstands. If the police are involved you have the CONSITUTIONAL RIGHT OF FREEDOM OF THE PRESS to film the event live.
Therefore, you have the CONSITUTIONAL RIGHT OF FREEDOM OF THE PRESS to bring cameras to the game and be prepared to film live any extraordinary happenings.
So, Kevin, Jennifer Simmons and her lawyer can have large buckets of Gatorade dumped on themselves.

  43. DutchessFBfan

    10960,

I will e mail her, but I have watched single handedly as she took credit for Coaches Walsh and Keevins being hired and neutered them at the same time…hey at least we are well respected in soccer??Watch when Coach Walsh leaves at seasons end(and he will) and JJEF goes back in the can?? At least we have Coach Keevins at RCK…or do we??He may follow as well!!!!!!

  44. HowdyDoodyTime

So much for all the talk in the beginning of the year about Rye being better than most AA schools …

  45. HowdyDoodyTime

    Why is Walsh leaving JJEF?

  46. COS

I agree this is a money thing and has nothing to do with a live broadcast, all you would have to do is have a 5 or 10 minute delay and you could show the score board if there were any on field issues.

  47. Hoops fan

I’ve been as critical as anyone on this blog for the consistently anti-student/athlete decisions that Section 1/Ms Simmons seem to come up with. Frankly, I have a hard time remembering any Section 1 decision that I thought was a good one. However, I think its important for anyone voicing their displeasure over Ms. Simmons seeming incompetence to avoid some of the language that can be read above. Her gender has no bearing on her (in)competence and shouldn’t be part of any diatribe – it only lessens the validity of your opinion and makes you seem like an extremist.

  48. DutchessFBfan

    Hoops,

I may be guilty…but shes useless…storm the castle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  49. Hoops fan

I think the validity of the potential liability is absurd. First of all, high schools around the country have been broadcasting games forever – is Section 1 the first group to think of these concerns?

And most importantly, if liability in the case of a fight/etc is a concern, then they should be aware that probably every high school sporting event is already being taped by its own coaches for film work, opposing coaches for scouting purposes and parents/coaches for recruiting reasons. If the football game is already being recorded by 5 people in the stands, they’d be just as liable using that footage than footage broadcast on lohud.com.

  50. 10960

    Hoops fan,

    Exactly

  51. DutchessFBfan

Way to go North Rockland and Mahoapc..

Why dont we coin it the Cassarella and Keevins rule…both teams(North Rockland and Mahopac) 9-0 in 88’ playing for the Sec 1 championship pre states when it shouldve been played…..(prime time 8pm on a Saturday night at Memorial)... and the nastiest riot youve ever seen…MV cops on horse or horses, not sure what the plural is???...lights shut off in the stadium…a really bad situation..they cleared the whole stadium in the dark….North Rock wins 35-0 behind Cameron Williams..saw it..interestingly RCK AD Pat Mealy was the QB for Mahopac..maybe if Jen Simmons was AD then he wouldnt be allowed to play…too many games…what ajoke???

  52. scary

This is what happens when we allow a skirt to make decisions about things they cannot possibly have a grasp of – like driving.

  53. archer83

Section 6 (Buffalo area) televises sectional finals and regionals LIVE! Two guys in the booth, a sideline reporter and two guys in the studio to talk at half time and between games. Time Warner is the cable outlet up there. Section one is a joke as far as promoting its high school football.

  54. The Donald

    Dear Jen,

I’m sure all the older people. People with disabiaties. People who don’t drive or can’t afford a car. grandmas and grandpas who don’t live near bye. Alumni at College. Alumni living in other parts of the country. Parents that have to work on Saturday’s. Thank you very much for pulling the plug on brodacsting the games. Have a great night.

  55. capt hook

    pathetic

  56. WingTGuy

I just sent my email. How many others are weighing in on this issue.

I asked for schedules for their meetings and will post them if they are sent to me.

  57. jjeffan

I heard there’s no exceptional senior bowl this year…anybody heard about this. Walsh is staying put. Coaching footbal in Wappingers is a battle and he is a warrior!

  58. Jeff P.

FYI: The Section 9 Class A championship game at Faller Field in Middletown was broadcast live over Time Warner Cable. In fact, it was being shown on the scoreboard display (I was there). Apparently Section 9’s executive director isn’t concerned about bogus legal concerns arising from broadcasting “brawls” which are unlikely to happen in the first place…

BTW, Cornwall won the game, 26-7…

  59. Just a fact

She used “brawl” to try and play to people’s fears and get them of the “ball”. But her end around is fooling no one. All she really cares about is the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Her next stop should be politics with the spinning she is trying to do.

I agree with a previous post she wants the $7 at the gate! And maybe she is sick in the head maybe in thinking she can get a KING”S ransom from the Journal News for the rights to film the game.

News flash to Jen Simmons, the Journal News a couple of months ago laid off a lot of their staff and are barely treading water. You are holding out for something that will never come and for it college students across the country and older fans who cannot leave their house NOW WILL SUFFER!!!!!!

Again, Jen Simmons, congratulations on being the #1 jack a$$ of the year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  60. STOP RACISM

This decission reeks of racism. They’re saying that pok/yonkers people don’t no how to behave. If this was Somers vs Rye these games would be shown. Shame on all who made this decision AND FOR THE REASON THEY DID. Why didn’t they do this the first year that lohud procast these games this is terrible.Once again why academics should stay out of sports.

  61. msgvarsity

FYI- MSGVarsity has signed contracts with many leagues in area. I know for a fact that MSG will be paying the CHSFL $20,000 a year for all rights to there games. CHSAA $50,000, PSAL & long Island got deals also. I do not know if Section signed a contract. But certain schools might have.
MSG is going after local sports to get customers back from verizon & direct TV. You cannot get MSG Varsity any where else but cablevision. If you take the money from them they have all rights to all footage.

  62. Power House

We should pass out flyers at the gate explaining whats going on here. Maybe that’ll help to hurt the fat cats pocket.

  63. Former Section 1 Player

    Dear Ms. Simmons:
Are you kidding me? How can you use the excuses of potential embarassing situations or loss of gate to deprive our Student-Athletes from getting the exposure that some of them need to get into college and further their education?
First off, this hurts because I spent 13 great years broadcasting Section 1 football and basketball for Cablevision and I know first-hand what these broadcasts mean for the Section, schools, teams, players and fans.
Here’s a little history lesson. Our broadcasts in the 80s and 90s helped expose some people who went on to great things on and off the field…Elton Brand (Peekskill hoop), Matt Bernstein (seen 12 times on national TV while playing at Wisconsin and then a short pro career), Ray Rice (a national star in HS at NR and then Rutgers and now the pros), and a young play-by-play broadcaster who became your next County Executive, Rob Astorino.
Give everyone what they want, to be able to experience HS sports in the 21st century, using the internet and television.
If you’re uncomfortbale making the decision because of what “might” happen, step aside and let someone negotiate these deals who can handle all the contingencies.
Don’t deprive our kids, because that would be a much more damaging event than could ever happen at a Section 1 Football game.

  64. true story

section ! is such a joke, its amazing…the kids want to be broacasted

  65. joe b

msgvarsity I have Verizon and I get MSG

  66. thetruth

its over money and law suits..botton line!

  67. NYmike

Wait – If all Section 1 Schools are governed by this power-hungry entity called a board, then how is that any Section 1 School has been able to allow broadcasts at all this season? Just another power trip by low level politicians cloaked in a “protect-the-student” banner. What utter BS.

  68. msgvarsity

yes, you have verizon so do I & we both do not & will not ever get MSG Varsity station which is a new HS 24 hour sports station in the tri state area unless we switch back to cablevision

  69. msgvarsity

on verizon you get MSG [ not in HD by the way , for same reason]. Channel 14 on cable is a new station that shows only HS sports 24 hours a day from our area. They are putting big money into it. Setting up workshops for school to train kid to get into the Sports media field. You also don’t get Joe Rao weather reports on News 12. [ a highlight of everyones day] But on Direct TV & Verizon you will not be able to get this new channel.

  70. HSFB Guy

You guys hit the nail on her head haha

its all bout the money…keep in mind most high schools stopped charging admittance to their games. I remember it was all the craze. Now its an optional donation bucket and of course people will give a few bucks for the school..

But to charge people to go to the section final, state playoffs and the title game is a little ridiculous. That feed was capable of providing for all the alumni/fans/parents/etc that you guys talked about. For once a blog where everyone AGREES with each other.

the thing with MSG varsity, and everybody around here is praising it, is its one channel. I haven’t seen the old lax or football shows on msg since the channel started up. Keep in mind it covers Connecticut, new jersey, long island, the city, and of course section I. The chances of having a sectional final game or a bowl game on ch 14 for us cablevision people is slim to none. The channel plays one game a day so far, and its of certain schools, across the three states!

Then they have a cheerleading show, and a sportsdesk that seems to be replayed every couple of hours….
Perhaps is live coverage and taped games were played non stop, with an updated sports desk at night, like espn in a way, then MAYBE MSG varsity will work enough.

But its kind of wrong to force people to drive to mahopac, and pay money, or to not watch the games at all.

I remember when someone said “that Class A final will be the smallest amount of fans”-that was for the two teams in the game, however, that could be said now because of the lacking of people going the only route and paying.

Sure they may be a brawl…or least a small fight..but it doesn’t happen EVERY day and EVERY game…

Its just sad how it has come down to this…

  71. WingTGuy

I was at the games tonight (so was 10960) and MSG was all over the place. Announcements, cameras, advertising you name it.

I would venture a guess that MSGVarsity did not want the games on the LOHUD webcast. I bet they paid the section good money for exclusive rights.

They announced MSG Varsity and the fact that it is only on Optimum at least every 10 minutes.

They even held up the start of the game and the start of the half for the Nanuet – Sleepy game for the network.

The refs were moving the camera and sound guys off the field a couple times in the first half.

  72. question

I would pay $7 that could go to section one to watch online. I live in the mid-west and follow the section everyweek. Was this considered? Have the section list things that would be required to be turned off fights, injury etc… just shut it off problem solved.

  73. Yeah, right
